Is there anyway left that can do a manual underwrite on FHA

We have a fully approved file that the lender will not accept because their score guidlelines have changed.

Welcome,

If your score is under 560 then the lender may not feel interested on that. You should try to improve your credit score first. Pay all your debts on time.
