I'm self employed and seeking a mortgage. Any help would be appreciated. First time home buyer in NY.

What county in New York?

I ask that question because stated income for self employed is available in nine counties in New York. The down payment required is 30%. Must be self employed for 2+ years. Liquid assets should be in line with the income stated.

john, i have a miserable time in trying to contact the hudson guys. do you have trouble with that at all? when i get inquiries i end up being at my wit's end with trying to find anything out for them.

Only one person in our comany can contact them to ask questions and it is not me.
We get our questions answered within 2 to 3 days about 95% of the time. Sometimes a question gets lost forever. I do not have a lot of questions, but, occaissionally...
