WE BEEN LIVING IN THE HOME FOR 5 YEARS AND WE PAY THE MORTGAGE...BUT THE MORTGAGE IS IN SOMEONE NAME...WE WANT TO TAKE OVER THE LOAN..WHAT THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT?? BECAUSE CAUSE OF STANDING CREDIT...IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE A HOME AT THE TIME...WE NEED A A SUBJECTION IN THE MATTER

Hi Guest,

You will have to refinance the mortgage or assume the loan in your name in order to remove the other person from the mortgage docs.
