my old house , I already taken mortage from last 3 years.
but i want to take second mortage ,but as per my information second mortage has very costly than first one and facilities are less.
this old house now i am going to transfer to my wife. so then can i eligible for first time mortage.

please let me know what is difference between first and second mortage ..???

Please let me know which way is suitable for me..

first mortgages are first, second mortgages are second...it's a matter of precedence.

transferring title to a home will not make a person eligible for "first time mortgage."

i have no comment on the other issues.
