How can I borrow money against vacant residential land?

Like 0 Dislike 0 We have a separate acre lot attached to our main property, it is in a highly desirable residential area. Should I be able to borrow money against it? If so where would I look please?

If there is a separate deed for that lot, then you will be able to get a mortgage solely on that lot. You should contact the local lenders of your area and check out if you can get a loan on the said property. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
