I would like to add my domestic partner in to the title of my house in florida, what kind of form do I need to get? who do I have to send it to?

You cna do quit claim ded and add yoru partners name to the property

You will need to notirize it and record it in the county office

Remember that, the person you are adding to the property is not laible to pay the loan. You need to refinance he laon in both of yoru name
