We have a home in fl and we now live in al we want to add our son to the deed in our home in fl so that he can file for homestead on the property, but I am filing chapter 7 . but we r not putting in the house do we still use a quick deed or is there a better way?

As you are filing bankruptcy, I will suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will let you know whether or not you should transfer the property to your son now.
