Hi, I have a small lot with a 45 yr old single wide mobile home on it, that is free of any mortgage, in this market, its worth it worth less than 30K,I dont live in it, my adult son does, would I lose this property if I file bankruptcy? I live in Florida

Welcome to forums!

You have mentioned that the property is free of mortgage. In that case, I don't think you will include the property in bankruptcy. If you don't include the property in bankruptcy, you will not lose the property.
