what is the legal time frame if an asset is sold or disposed of before filing for chapter 13 in florida where it could be included in the bankruptcy even though you dont have the asset any more,things like a paid off car or stock.

Welcome to mortgagefit,

Have you got the payment of the sold property yet? if yes then surely you can not include it in the BK filings but if you haven't got the payment yet then surely you can cancel the deal (or ask next party to cancel it) so that you still own the property and can have all the documents pertaining to it.
