If i get foreclosed on my condo-------in fljorida and get a deficiency judgment, will filing for bankruptcy clear this debt?

Welcome susankutuh,

You can get rid of the deficient balance resulting from the sale of the property if you file bankruptcy. But I would suggest you to contact your lender and ask him to forgive the dues. If he agrees to your request, then you won't have to file bankruptcy.
