My wife wants to buy a condo in fl on her own .She said I need to sign a paper stating that I am aware of her purchase. Is this fl law

I think thismay be required by the lender.

The lender wants to make sure that you do not have any issues later with this

Well, I haven't heard of any such law that a husband needs to sign a document stating he knows about his wife purchasing a property. However, you may contact an attorney and get to know whether or not any such law exists.
