my husband owns a condo in florida. it is titled under his name and as p.o.a. with his sister. he is resposible for all payments on the mortgage wich come in his name. also pays all condo & maintaince fees. he did a quit deed claim to his brother to help him with credit and tax reasons. now the brother thinks he is the sole owner. can we get this reversed legally?

Hi eiofleen,

If your husband has transferred the property solely to his brother, then the brother would be considered as the owner of the property. The brother has to sign a quit claim deed and reverse the transfer in order to make your husband the owner of the property.

Thanks
