Can your bank hold on to your money market savings and IRA if you file for Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure

I live in Florida. I have lost my job and now not able to pay my mortgage. I contacted the bank to file a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. I have an IRA and a money market savings that I am living on now with the same bank.
Can they hold on to that money for payment?
