GAB Guest	Posted: Sun Jan 09, 2011 10:10 am    Post subject: Deficiency Judgement in different Home Like 0 Dislike 0 Only my wifes name is on the mortgage for our home in Florida. Both of our names are on the deed. If we buy another home in michigan and put it in my name only, can the mortgage company go after that home for the deficiency judgement and can they put a lien on it since my name wasn't on the mortgage that was forclosed on in Florida? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? Thanks
