I Live in Florida and am wondering how lond a DIL takes and how long do I have to move?...I'm wondering how long the process takes & how long do I have to move? Do I move after it's all done?

Hi kvg!

Welcome to forum!

As far as I know, a deed in lieu will take 90 days to complete. Yes, once the process is complete, you will have to move out of the property.
