Like 0 Dislike 0 Trying to use the HARP refi program to bring my monthly payment down. Am I getting the run around? Why can't these companies explain the details of their closing costs?

I don't have any personal experience to share regarding FBC Mortgage LLC in Florida. However, if the mortgage company is participating in Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) and if you meet the required criteria, then you should be given that option. You should contact the lender and ask him to give you the details regarding the closing costs asap. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
