Welcome trplvision,

A quit claim deed can be used for transferring property from 4 persons to 1 person's name. You can contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed as well as the changing the name on the property deed. The quit claim deed should be recorded at the county recorder's office where the property is located i.e. in Florida.
