Like 0 Dislike 0 Own time share in FL with 3 other people. 3 live in GA. 1 in AL. 1 person has legally changed the first and middle name. How do I change deed from 4 to 1 person?Quit Claim deed? File GA or FL?And what about changing name on deed? [Email address deleted as per forum rules. Thanks.]

You can contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed as well as the changing the name on the property deed.
