Credit card companies can garnish your wages but they would require a court order to do so. You can contact your credit card company and negotiate for a repayment plan. This may help you in paying off the dues as well as save your wages from being garnished.

yes,credit cards can garnished your wage in florida.
The basics are income earned by the head of household is totally exempt. If there are two incomes and joint marital debt the person with the lowest income can be subject to wage garnishment. |
