Under Chapter 7 filing, can you keep your home and reaffirm mortgage in Florida if homesteaded?

Hi angiemetts,

If you want to save the property while you've filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you should reaffirm your mortgage with your lender. Irrespective of whether or not you've a homestead on it, you would be able to save the property if you reaffirm the loan and pay off the dues.
