I am facing forclosure on an investment property in Florida (my name only). In case my lender is granted deficiency judgement in Florida, Can the lender attach another property in the state of Pennsylvania that I jointly own with my wife?

Welcome Guest,

If a deficiency judgment is granted in Florida, he won't be able to attach a lien to another property located in the state of Pennsylvania. He will have to get a judgment against you in Pennsylvania in order to place a lien on your joint property.
