tsslater Joined: 17 Aug 2010 Posts: 1 1.36 Dollars($)	Posted: Tue Aug 17, 2010 11:24 am    Post subject: need a lender that will loan money Like 0 Dislike 0 I have 6 acres in Jacksonville FL, I currently have one mobile home on it owe 95,000 on land only.. would like to build a modular for 160,000.00 need a lender to loan and let me keep both homes on the property, Zoning code Allows for this and i have already addressed it with the city. I take care of my mother who is widowed with an amputation, i am her primary care giver and need the second home to remain in place for her. Every lender I spoke to told me i would have to split my land or remove the mobile home, if how can they force me to have two tax bills, not fair.. any way i am looking for a lender that will lend and let me keep both homes as the Duval county is ok with it too.

Though the county agrees to such a deal, it'll be the lender's discretion whether or not he would be ready to give you such a loan. Thanks
