I signed the mortgage on my Florida property while my husband qualified for the loan and signed all other loan documents. What is my liability under the note and can any judgment be rendered against me individually? I do understand homestead and dower rights in Florida.

Thank you.

if you've not signed the promissory note, then the terms of that note do not involve you. however, i don't believe that makes you judgment-proof as an owner of real estate. unfortunately, i don't know anything about florida real estate law, so your likely best bet to determine that aspect of your question is to seek out a real estate attorney and ask.
