We have a clear title. We have $5,000 in cash. We want to buy 6.2 acres in Alachua Co FL that cost $40,000

However, you should inform the lender about the purpose of taking the loan. If you don't want to use the mobile home as a collateral, you can also take a land loan using the land as the collateral.
