lottafall Guest	Posted: Fri Aug 06, 2010 6:55 am    Post subject: mobile home title Like 0 Dislike 0 Purchase of mobile home in Florida by a married couple, husand and wife both on title, wife leaves husband, changes the title into her name only, husband knows nothing about it, isn't that strange she was able to do that without his consent?

Unless he signs the deed, the wife won't be able to get it transferred in her name. If she has done so, then it would be considered as a fraud. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
