i am a relative of previous owner . foreclosed and bought by bank at auction last month. no notice or letter from them yet. are they usually nice about sending a letter first to tell you to move. i am not renting but still live there. many vacant condos in complex for a while now.
live in south florida. are there any protective laws here for something like this.

Hi Guest,

After the foreclosure auction is over and the property is sold off, the lender will send an notice of eviction giving a certain time period to the owners to leave the property. You will have to leave the property within that given time period.

Thanks
