Guest	Posted: Tue Jun 08, 2010 5:27 pm    Post subject: foreclosed condo Like 0 Dislike 0 i am a relative of previous owner . foreclosed and bought by bank at auction last month. no notice or letter from them yet. are they usually nice about sending a letter first to tell you to move. i am not renting but still live there. many vacant condos in complex for a while now. live in south florida. are there any protective laws here for something like this.

You will have to leave the property within that given time period. Thanks
