Can my father kick me out if I signed the mortgage?

My father and I both signed the mortgage to a house but only he signed the note. I have been making all the payments since 2005 when I moved in. We had a fallout and now he's threatening to kick me out cause he says that only he owns the house. I have all the papaerwork the we signed. Aren't I part owner of the house? Can he actually kick me out?

Do you mean that you are only on title to the property? If you are on the title to the propety, you are a LEGAL owner of that property. Even if you are not on the loan. If you have been making payments and can show cancelled checks, even better in court. No he cannot kick you out if you are on the title to the property. You cannot be on the loan and not on title.
