I am purchasing new home in Boca Raton but have not sold my existing home in NJ yet. It is for sale though and plan on paying loan down dramatically or off completely once it sells. Seeking to obtain a non traditional loan in the meantime that may request 24 months bus bank stmts in lieu of returns. LTV 60-70%. I have credit score of over 700. Purchase price of single family home is $850k. Thanks!

It will be very difficult for you to qualify for no doc loans. After the crisis in the real estate market, lenders have stopped giving such loans. Nevertheless, you should speak to the lenders of your area and apply for such loans. They will be the best to let you know whether or not you can qualify for a loan. This community has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them. It will help you know whether or not you can get such a loan.
