Can Tn Quit Claim deeds be notarized by a Florida Notary?

My daughter and my husband and i are Florida residents, My daughter owns some lots in Tennessee which she would like to "quit claim deed" to us I see where there are Tennesse Quit Claim Deeds that can be downloaded. My question is can we have these notarized in the State of Florida? And then sent to Tennessee ?

As far as I know, you will have to notarize the deed as well as record the deed in Tennessee as the property is located there. Feel free to ask if you have further queries. Sussane
