Welcome jodicunninghamgraham.
Usually deeds are notarized by notary public. Do you wish to remove your mother's name from the deed and add one of your aunts?
Thanks. |

Since your mother is deceased and still on title, she cannot sign a deed to transfer title. To do that, you need a court order. Some states can do an "Affidavit of Heirship". Or you may have to go to Probate Court to probate your mother's estate. Check with a probate or real estate attorney. _________________ Disclaimer: This is not legal advice and I am not your lawyer.
