Property at DeFuniak Spring Fl 32435.Deed names my Deceased father & daughter, which we have to put for sale do to medical nessecity, to apply for Medicaid. How do I remove his name from deed. I have death certif for him & my Mom, marriage papers & death certif. I need to put this in my daughters name or mine.

You can file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office in order to remove your deceased husband from the deed. However, before doing so, have a word with your real estate attorney and take his opinion.
