tj Guest	Posted: Sun May 08, 2011 3:34 pm    Post subject: quit claim deed and inheritance Like 0 Dislike 0 I filed a quit claim deed on a florida property, but continued to live on the property paying all bills including taxes, insurance, mtg, and repairs. My father passed away and 1/2 interest is in my father's estate. Should I be entitled to a % interest as part of the estate, even though I filed the quit claim deed? thanks _________________ Need help choosing the right loan?
