I live in Florida and I am married . our home is in my name only.
do i do a quickclaim so i can add my husband and we both can be on? or what do i do?

Hi Guest.

Welcome to the forum.

Why do you want to quitclaim? Do you just want to add your husband on the deed? If so then you can use a quitclaim deed to add him but take help from an attorney so that he can prepare the deed correctly.

Im not sure I understand why you would want to quitclaim. Whats your thinking behind this, so we can offer some help.
