I added his name to my house in 1998 by Quick Claim Deed. My Fiance died 7 years ago leaving the house to me by a letter, not notorized. None of his family members have claimed any right to my home. Will I be able to file a Quick Claim Deed or Adverse Possession to put the home back in my name only? How is this Done? Thank You Confused
