My sisters and my brother are inheriting a piece of property in Florida.
The sisters live in Ct., and our brother lives in Australia.
We want our brother to quit claim his share to us three.
Do we have to be in Florida to quit claim the property?

your physical location doesn't matter. you can be anywhere to do this transaction. be certain of the legal counsel that will handle this matter for you, however, and that your interests are well-protected.
