Is there specific wording that should be included in a Quit Claim Deed due to divorce?

Usually that would not be a problem, however, it is due to a divorce and was court ordered. In Florida, doc stamps are not charged if the Quit Claim Deed is filed due to a divorce. Is there specific wording that should be inserted in the Deed or does she only need the divorce documents?

I would suggest that your friend should visit a Florida based attorney and draft a deed from him. This will help her to be on the safer side and she will also be able to understand the legal terms and conditions. Thanks
