My ex husband did a quit claim on our marital home property in Florida before the divorce....then it was quit claimed back to him after the divorce. Is this legal? Is there anything that I can do now ...after the fact?
If fact it has been quit claimed back and forth between 2 brothers...then back to him.

Welcome debilane,

Your ex-husband can quit claim his share of the property to someone else if he wishes to do so. However, as this a marital property, he should have informed you before doing so. If you feel that your ex-husband has indulged in some kind of fraud, then you can contact a real estate attorney and get his opinion in this matter.
