Is it legal in Florida to quit claim property to avoid owning during a divorce?

Is this legal? Is there anything that I can do now ...after the fact? If fact it has been quit claimed back and forth between 2 brothers...then back to him.

However, as this a marital property, he should have informed you before doing so.
