mickel Guest	Posted: Fri Aug 13, 2010 5:34 am    Post subject: quit claim deeds Like 0 Dislike 0 my folks own their home free and clear, have a will,would a quit claim deed suffice as to transfer ownership upon both of their deaths.. the county is duval the state florida.. and where is the best place to get and submit this form.. can it be done free or does it require an attorney or title office?? thanking you in advance _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? They need to contact a real estate attorney in order to get the quit claim deed drafted. Once your parents fill out the deed, they will have to notarize it and record it at the county recorder's office. Thanks
