Am I still able to intraspousal transfer or quitclaim?

Like 0 Dislike 0 My husband recently was hospitalized and his condition worsen quickly. Mentally he goes in and out, more so the later. very soon I fear he will have to go with hospice. I have POA for him, am I able to do intraspousal transfer or quitclaim on our home and 2 other properties? I am in the state of Florida. thank you in advance

But I would still suggest you to consult an attorney in this regard and take his/her opinion. Thanks
