Hi acampbe,
You will have to get hold of a quitclaim deed form and fill it out. Once the deed is filled out, you need to notarize it and record it at the county recorder's office.
You can contact a real estate attorney and get the deed drafted from him. He will also help you in filling out the deed.

Hi
acampbe2,
Welcome to our forums.
Quit claim deed is too easy to make. You need to fallout quit claim deeds form by help of your lawyer. Once you filled out quit claim deed then you need to add it in record of your property management. as you say about Florida . Local rules of property transfer will be applicable for your process.
Thanks & Regards. |
