How do I get her name off the property without either of us going to FL? Does anyone know how to get a quit claim deed form for FL? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? The deed needs to be notarized and recorded at the county recorder's office. As far as I know, the grantor will have to be present in Florida while notarizing the deed.
