I have a timeshare in Florida and would like to get rid of it. I have tried to sell but no buyers. I have heard that a quitclaim deed is a posible way to deed the property back to the resort.
Is this true?

Welcome robert,

You can use a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the property to the timeshare resort. You should contact an attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed.
