I need a Quit Claim Deed for Florida to remove my name from an existing deed. I live in Broward County. Where do I go to get the form filled out correctly and to have it recorded, do I need to go to the county where the deed is recorded? That county is 2 hours away? Rolling Eyes

Hi Lizzy,

You can contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting and filling out the form. Once you transfer the property to the grantee, you can ask him/her to record the deed at the county recorder's office.

Thanks
