I have a house I bought three years prior to marriage. I want to refianace and they say that I have to have my husanbd sign because of a law in Florida? Can you tell me what law this is?

Welcome rkc,

If the property was brought prior to your marriage and if your husband's name is not mentioned in the property deed, then your husband's signature will not be required for refinance. You should contact the lender and inform him about the same to check out if he can change his decision.
