Have you shopped around for lenders yet? if not then you should do it. BTW you can request for no-obligation free mortgage quote from the community lenders. You just need to give minimum details. FiveStarMortgage.com has fair rates (10%) for second home or investment property lot loans. I have been researching to refinance a 1.25 acre lot on the river we bought for $275K that we owe 80K and have not been able to find a refinance lender below 10% fixed. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan?
