Msy mother passed almost two years ago and the children want to sell a piece of property she owned..What forms do we need to obtain to make the sell of her property.The state is Jacksonville, Florida.

First of all, does the property title have the children's names on it? If not, then you all need to file an Affidavit of Heirship in order to replace your mothers name with yours. I guess a realtor can provide you with the form for selling property.
