We want to put my name on the deed and then have them as a lender or lien holder.. What deed do we need to file? The house has no liens, no backtaxes, its free and clear. purchase price is 32k I am putting 3kdown so I would owe 29k... what deed do we file in florida? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan?
