i live in florida.
my step son is only child, 18. ive been married for a few months to his dad, but if spouce passes away can his son put me out of our home? my name isnt on mort, or deed.

Hi gypsyjo,

If your name is not on the property deed, then your step son can evict you from the property in case of your husband's death. You can ask your husband to add your name to the property deed. This would give you the ownership of the property as well as give you the right to stay in that property. The son will not be able to evict you.
