It will be difficult for you to qualify for stated income loans these days. Most lender don't offer such loans. However, you should contact the local lenders and apply for a stated income loan. The lender will go through your financial situation as well as credit report and would let you know whether or not you would qualify for a loan. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success

There are no national stated incomel enders.
There some local lenders that still do them---for self employed persons only and on owner occupied and second homes only, no investor properties.
I take that back. There are often hard money programs avalable---high down payments, high interest rates, often prepayment penalties. _________________ John Veenstra, Sr Mortgage Consultant

Just for chuckles, since I'm no longer originating...where are we finding no-doc loans? I know that New Jersey, Connecticut, New York are set with Hudson City, and that California has a couple of lenders (at last glance), but are there lenders who'll cover other states? Theo, are there lenders who'll consider such loans in Florida?
I get calls, I get calls, and I get calls....where were they all when I needed them, though? It'd be beneficial if I could fill some of these folk in on where they might direct themselves.
Give me some input, please. _________________ George M. Akerley
