If a the owner of a house that got actioned off surrendered there rights how would you get a title?

I am trying to buy tax deed house the morgage company and the owner surrendered there rights to the tax collectors office? Im in Florida.

As they have surrendered, then they are not the owners of the property anymore. You will have to get the title of the property from the person to whom the original owners have surrendered their rights. Thanks. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
