My parents own a timeshare in Florida and a relative told them they could do a deed sale on the timeshare. The timeshare is paid for so I told them they couldn't. What is the correct answer? Is there any way to get out of a timeshare except selling or giving away?

Hi bmoore,

You will have to sell off the property or transfer it to someone else in order to get rid of it. I don't think there is any other way to get out of the property.

Thanks
